This past weekend when my Sunday Stampers met, the new 2020 Mini Catalog & Sale-a-Bration catalogs where passed out to the group, some seeing the products for the first time!
One of the cards I was asked about is on page 18 of the Mini Catalog – and has a “Make it Simple” sign on it. I took a look at the card and the question really was about the writing on the bottom – was that designer series paper or a stamp, how was the vellum adhered? Well, the answer about the words is designer series paper – it’s from the In-Color or Color Family Collections and is one of the prints. As for the Vellum card stock, the paper is just tacked to the card, not adhered completely. I have 2 samples for you and a project sheet at the end you can download with products used and measurements, including alternative ideas – all of which fit into a standard medium envelope.
I’ve made a second card using the 2019-2021 In-Color Purple Posy, since I had some of that Designer Series Paper in my current stash. This time, I used Mini Glue Dots in the corners to adhere the Vellum and covered them with Pearl Embellishments.
