Shipping Price Change

I’d like to make you aware of a shipping and handling price change effective April 1, 2022.

Stampin’ Up! has announced a change to shipping and handling pricing. Starting April 1, the minimum shipping charge will increase by $1.00, from $6.95 to $7.95—or by one percentage point, from 10% to 11% of the total order amount—whichever is greater.

I want to make sure you’re aware of this change, as it impacts both you and me. Stampin’ Up! is only one of many companies that have had to increase their shipping and handling costs in response to the global supply chain crisis. Stampin’ Up! has worked to keep the increase as minimal as possible so we can continue bringing you the unique, high-quality, and coordinated papercrafting products we love.

I’ve been a demonstrator for almost 10 years and during the entire time the shipping and handling pricing has been the same.

For your reference, here are the order amounts at which shipping and handling fees change from the

Celebrate Sunflowers

Happy Monday! How was your weekend? We had snow both Saturday and Sunday, the perfect weather for vegetable soup!

Today I’m featuring the Celebrate Sunflower Bundle, which is one of the bundles included in the Savings are In Bloom Promotion, ending March 31, 2022. You can save an additional 10% (all bundles are already discounted 10%), sale price is $45.50.

The sunflower is matted on a piece of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper and the background of the sunflower is Ombre 12″ x 12″ Specialty Paper. Detail die cuts are designer paper as well, Sweet Symmetry.

Second card has images stamped in Memento Black Ink which I’ve colored using Water Painters. Colors included are Bumblebee, Just Jade and Cinnamon Cider. To get the ink for coloring I pressed a clear block into the ink pad, using the water painter picked up ink to color the images. Label is from the carryover Seasonal Labels Dies.

Final card uses the Happy & Heartfelt Stamp set for the greeting from the January – June 2022 catalog and the retiring Tailored Tag Punch. If you don’t have the punch get it before it’s gone, it’s great not only for greetings, but making banner ends.

Beachy Theme with 3 die sets

Ready to start the weekend? It’s going to be cold and wet here in Pittsburgh, I’m sure ready for warm and sunny weather!

Today I have a card with a beachy theme for you.

I’m using die cuts from three different sets:

Waves of Inspiration Bundle (pelican)
On the Horizon Bundle (wood looking piece & greeting)
In the Tropics Dies (palm trees)

Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals are behind the pelican and palm tree leaves for lift. Flowers were stamped in Pale Papaya ink on the card base around the edges – any flower will do. Basic Gray ink used for everything else.

The posts were colored with Smoky Slate blends and the Mango Melody Stampin’ Write Marker colored his beak.

March22 Sunday Stampers

Happy Sunday! It’s time for my Sunday Stampers to meet and I’m sharing the cards we will be making with you today.

First up is the card using a sheet of the New Horizons DSP die cut with the Layering Diorama Dies with Stampin’ Dimensionals between some of the layers. Any of the sheets of this paper would make a great card like this.

Next, who doesn’t like a fun fold card – how about a Double Z Fold? Stamparatus was used to stamp the wave in three different colors – Coastal Cabana, Pacific Point and Night of Navy. Pelican is in Gray Granite.

Finally, I used Memento Black ink to stamp all the images and filled them in with Magenta Madness, Bumblebee, Coastal Cabana and Highland Heather. Right side of the Basic White card stock was die cut with one of the Basic Borders Dies. Flowers and Leaves punch coordinates with the flower I used. Tailored Tag Punch used for the sentiment and linen bow finishes off the card.

Next, Merry Merlot, Beauty of Friendship Designer Series Paper and 2021-2023 In-Color Shimmer Vellum have been used on the card.

Finally, a quick and easy card using the stamps in the set.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Are you having corned beef and cabbage today? We like to have corned beef and cabbage along with my pistachio bundt cake on St. Patrick’s Day. The cake is green, which makes it perfect for day.

Today I have a cute little card for you that features the Word Wishes Dies, cut out using the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine which is currently on sale in March 2022.

Colors on the card are Granny Apple Green, Smoky Slate and Mango Melody.

I’ve used one of the Soft Pastels to add additional green to the words which are three layers thick (2 layers of Basic White and 1 of Granny Apple Green. Strips of designer series paper are all ½” wide and between 5″ – 4½” long.

New Horizon Designer Series Paper

The New Horizons 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper might possibly be the most beautiful patterned paper you’ll ever buy. The horizon scenes were hand painted by one of our Stampin’ Up! talented artists.

The tranquil watercolor imagery look beautiful as a background on a card front or on a scrapbook page. Turn the paper upside down to change water to sky or whatever you can imagine. There are 48 sheets of patterned paper, 4 each of 12 double-sided designs

Today’s card was inspired by a view out the window one evening and I wanted to recreate it on a card. I just love the colors I can see if the evening, one set of colors on the west side and another completely different set on the east side.

My first card today features the 2020-2022 In-Color Magenta Madness teamed up with Granny Apple Green for a bright and cheerful looking card. I’ve used the Scalloped Contour Dies and even added some designer paper for a matching envelope.

Next, my second card features the colors Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight and Gorgeous Grape.

Here is the inside of the card, I’ve stamped along the bottom. Ribbon is colored using the Light Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Blend Marker.

Finally, the last card for today featuring 2 of the soon to be retiring 2020-2022 In-Colors, Bumblebee and Cinnamon Cider. I’ve pulled in a Heart & Home Doily to coordinate with In-Color Designer Series Paper. Now is the time to shop for any of the 2020-2022 In-Color products before the new In-Colors come out with the new Annual Catalog in May 2022.

Thought I would spice it up and use Poppy Parade card stock and Red Rhinestones for a fun flower with a Gingham Ribbon Bow.

For my final card today, I’ve paired the bundle with the jar stamp from the Jar of Flowers Photopolymer Stamp set. Stamp the jar, stems (colored with Stampin’ Blend Markers) and water before punching out with the coordinating Jar Punch.

The stamp-and-die bundles that can be found in a current catalog will be replenished until they retire. When they do retire, the bundles will be added to the Retiring List.
Due to supply chain challenges, this promotion may be altered or ended early. Should this happen, I will let you know.
