How was your weekend, mine was rather busy with preparing for my trip later this week to the Stampin’ Up! Onstage 2018 in Orlando Florida. It’s amazing all you need to do when going away, there’s a manicure, pedicure, hair and all the laundry and packing – not to mentions swaps! Right now we are having temperature between 30 – 50 degrees and Orlando is 70 – 80 degrees, bring on the summer cloths and bathing suit! I’ll be sharing my swap cards and pictures from my trip over the next couple weeks both on my blog and Instagram account: @cqueen309.
Today I want to feature a card made with the White Velveteen Sheets, one of the products in the Snowflake Showcase, you can check out all the products in that showcase here.
The sheets feel soft and look beautiful when embossed. I’m be making a project using these sheets with my Sunday Stampers later this month. I’ve kept the card front simple, a Night of Navy star with Gold Foil Sheet behind, adhered with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals on the embossed White Velveteen sheet cut to 4″ x 5¼”.
Here is close-up of the White Velveteen sheet once run through the Tufted Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
On the inside of the card is a stamped sentiment from the Star of Light Stamp set and the two dies from Starlight Thinlits used to create the star on the front of the card.
