Splendid Thoughts Mash Up!

Today is a mash up of two card designs. I’ve used left over pieces from one of my July Sunday Stamper cards and part of a card layout I saw on Pinterest.

Card features:

  • Splendid Thoughts Bundle
  • Splendid Day Specialty Designer Series Paper
    • 2 pieces 1½” x 3″
    • 1 piece 1½” x 4″
  • Basic White card stock mat 4″ x 5¼” run through Cut & Emboss Machine using the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder
  • Die cuts using Petal Pink, Calypso Coral and Thick Basic White card stock
  • Soft Sea Foam 3/8″ Seam Binding Ribbon
  • Double Oval Punch for greeting
For added depth I’ve used Soft Sea Foam ink and a Blending Brush to add color to the Basic White mat after I embossed it and to the oval with the greeting. Iridescent Rhinestones added the perfect bling to finish the card.
