Today is the last day of the Buy 3 get 1 Free of Select Designer Series Paper so I thought I would share a couple card made with Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper.
This card starts with Shaded Spruce 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ card base scored at 4 1/4″, but has 1″ of the front cut off for a fancy fold. The front has a mat of designer paper and then a stamped square using the same colors. To create the stamped image a cut a square of Watercolor Paper to fit inside the Scalloped Square (2nd largest). For the images I inked the stamped, spritzed lightly with water and stamped on the paper, making sure to let each color dry before stamping the next.
Inside of the card that has been stamped with flowers and greeting to match the front of the card on Whisper White paper.
The second card starts with a Whisper White card base with a mat, adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals, of Soft Sea Foam that has been run through the Big Shot using the Tufted Dynamic Impressions Embossing Folder. Next is a square of Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper matted on Shaded Spruce. Before adhering to the card, I stamped a greeting on Whisper White and used the Everyday Label Punch to punch it out and adhere so that just the greeting, from Itty Bitty Greetings, is peeking out the bottom of the card. Finishing touch is the butterfly from the Springtime Impressions Thinlits die cut in Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper.
