Happy Monday, hope you had a good weekend.
Sometimes is fun to just let the designer series paper do the work. Today’s cards use Homemade Sweetness Designer Series Paper and a pair of scissors. While I did not purchase the Filled with Sweetness bundle, I did get the paper and have had fun creating with it!
First up is an interlocking fun fold card. Base is 5½” x 10½”, scored on both ends at 1 5/8″ and 3¼”. Front panels are 3″ x 4½” and 3″ x 3¾”. Just make sure to only add adhesive to the ends of the panels so you don’t glue the card shut.
Here is how the card looks when open. Inside panel is 3″ x 4″. All measurements are for the mat layer.
Next, a card within a card. To ensure the card stays closed, I’m using mini magnets from Amazon that even have adhesive backings.
Open view of the card. Stop back next month for a detailed blog post on how to create this card featuring some new upcoming September products.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by today, hopefully these projects have inspired you to try paper crafting.
