Happy 21st Birthday Kenzi! Hope you have a wonderful day !
This month both Kenzi, my god-daughter, and I have “milestone” birthdays, Kenzi turns 21 and on my birthday earlier in the week I turned 60 (which by the way is only a number).
I wanted to create a special card for her so I though of a Z-fold and wanted to use bring cheerful colors which makes me think of the Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper.
Main colors for my card are: Calypso Coral, Lovely Lipstick and Pineapple Punch. The Grapefruit Grove & Lovely Lipstick Foil Sheets added just the right amount of sparkle to make the card special along with the Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots. Die cuts are from the Forever Lovely Bundle and images from the Amazing Life Photopolymer Stamp set. Images where colored with a mixture of 2018-2020 In-Color Stampin’ Write Markers and Stampin’ Blend Markers.
Z-Fold cards are easy to make, this “double” version has a horizontal base of 4.25″ x 11″, scored at 2.75″ and 5.5″ and the inside piece of card stock is 3″ x 9″ scored at 3″ and 6″. Once you have the base adhered with designer series paper/mats, then add the inside fold, I find it easier to do the front first, then flip and do the inside piece.
