Happy Saturday! Hope your weather is as nice as ours, another day in the high seventies and steaks on the grill tonight!
While I work to gather all the information about the Color Revamp in the new 2018-2019 Annual Catalog and prep for my Sunday Stampers this weekend, thought I would share a few cards made with the retiring Bird Banter Photopolymer Stamp set. This is a cute stamp set with cool greetings.
The first card features Lemon Lime Twist and the Woodlands Textured Impressions Embossing folder. Image was stamped on Watercolor paper, colored with ink pads and Aqua Painter then a light Soft Sky color wash to “ground” the bird. I’ve not decided on the greeting for the front of the card, but just think he is to cute not to share.
Next is an Anniversary card featuring a greeting retiring Teeny Tiny Wishes and the Scattered Sequin Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing folder. What’s nice about the stamp set is that there are two birds that when stamped face each other – perfect for this type of card.
and finally a birthday card featuring the Hexagon Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing folder. The embossed panel is adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals and I cut a piece of designer paper 2½” square, then in fourths, matted and adhered with Dimensional’s as well. The long banner added length to the front and a cute little linen bow finishes it off.
