Yesterday I shared with you the cards my Sunday Stampers made and today I thought I would share with you the card with a boo-boo that I fixed. If my stampers can’t make the monthly meeting and place an order, I’m happy to make a set of cards for them.
While working the card and stamping all the images I did not realize ink was on the edge of the acrylic block and stamped a line of ink on the front – but you don’t see it do you?
It’s under the greeting “Birthdays are the best days”, here is what I did to “fix” it:
- Die cut a Stitched Nested Label Die using Vellum Card stock
- Die cut a smaller Stitched Nested Label Die using Whisper White and stamped the greeting
- Add the card stock to the vellum, then the vellum to the card – covering – the boo-boo and cutting the excess of the die off
- Layering the stamped image on Seaside Spray card stock
- Blueberry Bushel Card stock base
