Wow, it’s been a busy two days, first with company on Tuesday, going back to work after seven days off Wednesday and an event last night. Funny how you need a vacation from a vacation and don’t get me started on the emails!
Today’s card features the Round We Go Bundle. When I first saw this in the catalog couldn’t wait to get my hands on it.
Making the rosette is easier than you think with the hint I talk about below.
Colors featured are Coastal Cabana, Balmy Blue and Berry Burst.
Next, the inside of the card. Other than the greeting, I’ve stamped the same flowery images on the bottom right corner.
Finally, here is a secret to making the Rosette, a 3¼” square box! For the rosette, die cut three strips with the long die (it cuts & embosses), mountain – valley fold them, adhering them together. Punch or die cut a 1½” – 1¾” circle, center over the + in the box, cover with liquid glue.
Next, press the rosette down into the glue, add a clear block, wait a few minutes for the glue to dry and you have a rosette to decorate and use!
