This past Saturday I went to a surprise 30th Birthday party for Tina, the daughter of my high school friend Cindy. Today I thought I would share the card I made for her. I wanted to do something fun and whimsical and below is the outside & inside of the Pop and Twist card I made for Tina. This was a fun card to make, I added balloons, sparkle numbers and die cuts.
