Happy Birthday to my sister-in-law Diane!
Today I’m sharing with you the birthday card I made and mailed to Diane. I had fun using the Lined Alphabet Edgelits to make her card. First I die cutting the letters using the interlocking piece and Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper, then cutting just the letters in cardstock and using Paper Snips to separate the letter. Once the designer paper was glued together I added the cut out letters, all is matted on Mint Macaron and Basic Black before being added to a Mint Macaron card base. The Rich Razzleberry Velvet Ribbon is adhered with glue dots. Finishing touches include Share What You Love Artisan Pearls and the word birthday from the Beautiful Day Stamp Set – stamped in Versamark, covered with White Embossing Powder and heat set with my Embossing Tool.
The picture below also includes a box I made using the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series paper decorated with flowers hand cut from some the paper. Can’t tell you what was in it in case Diane has not opened her gift box yet!
Thank you for taking the time to stop by, hope you are inspired to try stamping.
