Happy Tuesday, hope your week is off to a good start.
On Friday I was asked what I was doing for the weekend and one of the items was stamping with the stamp set “Forever Lovely” from the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog. With all the new stamps in 2020 Mini Catalog & Sale-a-bration catalogs, we sometime forget about the annual catalog, also this is one of the only stamp sets I have that has “Happy Valentine’s Day”, which I used in this post. I thought the other stamps in the set needed some love which is how today’s card came about. The color combination is Pear Pizzazz – Highland Heather – Blackberry Bliss.
Here is how I put the card together:
- Pear Pizzazz card stock base – 5.5″ x 8.5″, scored at 4.25″ – horizontal top folding
- Blackberry Bliss card stock mat – 4″ x 5.25″ – die cut the Scalloped Oval from the center to save paper
- Whisper White for stamping – 3.75″ x 5″
- Flowers in Highland Heather
- Leaves in Pear Pizzazz
- Blackberry Bliss car stock strip – .5″ x 5″
- Whisper White Stitched Shaped Oval for stamping the greeting in Blackberry Bliss ink
- Bling = Noble Peacock Rhinestones, clear or pearls would look great as well
