Daisy is new to me for PCC251

Happy Tuesday!

The theme for this weeks Paper Craft Crew Challenge fits me perfectly when it comes to the Daisy Delight Photopolymer Bundle (Daisy Delight Photopolymer Stamp Set and matching Daisy Punch).  You see, I was late to the party in ordering it (not until end of June) and late to use it (Monday night).  Most demonstrators preordered it and when the catalog went live June 1st, due to so many order quickly the punch was on backorder.

The theme for the challenge is “New to You!”, sharing a project using something NEW.  Click on the image to check out their blog for all the cool designs and play along if you like. I’d like to take time to thank the design team over at the Paper Craft Crew Challenge for picking cards of mine from challenges PCC244, PCC247 and PCC248 as a Top Pick. Click on the numbers to see those posts.

For my card I first picked a piece of the Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper to use the background, stamped the sentiment in Tranquil Tide, matted on Calypso Coral card stock, wrapped with Daffodil Delight 1/4″ Double Stitched Ribbon (different pattern on each side) and adhered to the Tranquil Tide card base with Liquid glue. The Daisy was stamped in Calypso Coral twice, punched, layered with Stampin’ Dimensionals and finished with one of the largest Clear Faceted Gem. The Daisy is on a Whisper White square, layered on Calypso Coral and Tranquil Tide, which was adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Inside: Whisper White mat stamped with some of the flowers, leaves and sentiment.

Currently the Daisy Punch and the Daisy Delight Bunch are unavailable for purchase as the punch is on backorder due to the overwhelming demand and should be available after August 1st.
