Happy Monday, Hope you had a nice weekend. Anyone play an tricks on you yesterday since not only was it Easter but April Fool’s Day?
Today’s card features the Brusho Watercolor ink crystals – Sprinkle them directly on water-washed paper and watch the colors burst! Each package includes 5 pots – 1 each of – Brilliant Red, Gamboge (orange), Moss Green, Prussian Blue and Yellow.
For my card, I stamped the flower from the Beautiful Day stamp set (which works wonderfully with the Brusho Crystals) twice with Versamark ink, dusted with White Embossing powder and heat set before water washing with my Aqua Painter and adding a sprinkle of color. Once the color started to “burst”, with my Aqua Painter I painted the image to my desired look. I used the Moss Green, Yellow, Gamboge and a little Brilliant Red. The greeting where stamped in Classic Ink – Old Olive and Calypso Coral. A scrap of Whisper White Organza Ribbon was colored with a Stampin’ Blend Marker and adhered with a Mini Glue Dot. Glitter Enamel Dots finish the card.
