First card is Thick Basic White card stock base, square of designer series paper added with Basic Black tree die cut added over top. Greetings from the Unbounded Love Stamp Set.

Next, I’ve made a Christmas card featuring Greeting of the Season Stamp Set. Designer Paper, adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals, covers the entire front of the Highland Heather card base.

Hard to believe it’s almost the end of August and the Designer Series Paper sale, only four days left.

Today’s cards use products from the Mediterranean Blooms Suite, along with the Unbounded Love Bundle for the greeting and die cut. Both card bases are similar but with a few changes to go from basic to wow!

First, the basic card, which has a card base 4¼” x 11″ scored at 5½” and 2¾” cut off one added. The piece cut off was added horizontally covered with designer series paper.

Next, the stepped-up version of the card. Card base is 4¼” x 11″, scored at 2¾” and 5½”, which is a Z-fold card. Similar to the first card, there is a horizontal piece added and decorated, with the addition of a bow and extra die cut images.

Finally, here is a look at the inside of both cards. Greeting is stamped in Night of Navy ink.

Merry Christmas in August, four months until December!

Today I’m sharing three cards with you featuring some of my favorite new products from the upcoming September – December Mini Catalog which goes live September 4, 2024.

Upcoming Products:

• Season of Elegance 12″ x 12″ Specialty Designer Series Paper – item 164144 – $16.50
• Painted Trees 3D Embossing Folder – item 164026 – $11.00

First, a basic card using Gold Foil Sheet paper embossed with the folder on a Cherry Cobbler card stock base. Greeting for all three cards is from the Online Exclusive Greetings of the Season stamp set.

Next, for the inside of all cards they have the smaller tree from the Frosted Forest stamp set stamped with full strength ink and stamped off for three total images.

Next, the second card. Here we embossed the designer paper with the embossing folder then added die cut gold foil trees from the Frosted Forest Bundle. Merry Christmas is heat embossed with gold, fussy cut out, and adhered with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Finally, the WOW card! There is Shimmery White Embossing Paste covering two “snowy” hills and the trees. The designer series paper is embossed with the folder and has gold die cut trees added.

Happy Monday, hard to believe we are more than halfway through the month and close to the end of the select designer paper sale.

How about a 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper Gift holder for you, based on a card from another demonstrator Meg Loven. Great layout for all your gifting needs.

Measurements:

• Card base – 5½” x 7¾”, scored at 2½” and 6¾”
• Designer Series Paper
  • Front Flaps – 2¼” x 5¼” and ¾” x 5¼”
  • Pocket Layer – 5½” x 6″ and scored on 6″ side at 2″
• Fold and burnish on the 2″ score line to create pocket, secure with Tear & Tape
• Add to inside of the card base at the 6¾” score line
• Decore front as desired, making sure not to adhere the card closed

Next, samples of both a masculine and feminine card to start your creative process.

Here is the inside of the card. Pocke can hold a gift card, cash or even a picture. I’d suggest using Tear and Tape to secure the sides for a tighter pocket.

Next, the second card features the Greeting of the Season dies teamed with the Everyday Greetings Photopolymer Stamp Set. Bow is created with 2 strands pulled through the opening and tied with a third piece of ribbon for a festive look.

Well, it’s Wednesday and we are halfway through the week. I’m enjoying the cooler mornings with coffee in the sun porch before starting my workday.

Today’s card are made after some of the card sketches in the Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog.

I’ve featuring the Wildly Flowering 12″ x 12″ Designer Series paper, one of the papers on sale this month. Greetings are from the Everyday Greetings stamp set and dies from Greeting of the Seasons Bundle.

First card has a 3¾” x 3¾” piece of designer series paper, along with a 3¼” x 4″ piece, which I’ve added at an angle.

For the second card, the sketch had 3 strips paper and a horizontal greeting. My card has three designer series paper strips 1¼” x 5″ matted on Early Espresso card stock on a Moody Mauve card stock base.

Happy Sunday, today my Sunday Stampers are gathering and here are the cards we will be making. At the bottom of the post is a downloadable project sheet so you can make these cards.

First up is a Fun Fold Card, where you cut away a piece from both sides of the card base to create the “flap”.

Next, I’m featuring the You Are Beautiful Cling Mount Stamp set. Colors for the card are Wild Wheat, Pretty Peacock and Peach Pie. Focal image is Very Vanilla.

Finally, the third card features the Winterly Tree Top Bundle. I believe will be a popular item in the upcoming September – December 2024 Mini Catalog, on sale September 4th. While I don’t normally make a card my attendees can’t buy products for, I believe they may want to get this bundle come September!

Sunday, I shared a flap card with you, today I have 2 more to share.

The first card uses the Mediterranean Blooms 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper. Images of the oranges on the card front was die cut from the designer paper. Inside images fussy cut with snips.

Here’s the inside of the card. The You are beautiful stamp set was used for the greeting and die cut out with die from Iconic Imagery Dies.

Next, how about Perennial Lavender 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper teamed with Fresh Freesia and Pretty Peacock. Perennial Postage Dies and Simply Said stamp set for greeting.

Finally, used the Layering Leaves stamp set for the inside. Stamped in Pretty Peacock and the leaf inside color is stamped off into the outlined image.

Such a fun layout that can be used with any designer series paper.

Today marks three months until my Hallmark Christmas Cruise! We have learned that Jonathan Bennett, Hallmark actor, will be our host for the event. Next month I hope to tell you the actor and actresses we will get to meet!

How about a Sliding Pocket Gift Holder, perfect for a gift card or cash!

The card starts as a basic gate fold card, 4¼” x 11″, scored at 2″ and 7½”. The 2″ fold is the portion that creates the pocket that the gift holder fits in.

Gift holder is 3¼” x 6½”, scored and folded at ½” and 5″. The ½” fold is adhered to the inside top section with Tear & Tape and the 5″ score creates the pocket for the gift.

Decorate the front as desired, I’ve used Spotlight on Nature Dies, but Deckled Circles Dies would work well, along with a variety of other dies, behind the Iconic Imagery Die.

Here’s the inside. There is a pocket which holds a slider piece with a pocket that holds a gift.

Card specifics:

• Card base 4¼” x 11″, scored at 5½” and on one side trim off 1½ from one side (this piece becomes the flap). Score the 1½” x 4¼”, at ½” on the long side.
• Adhere the flap to the middle of the right side of the card, at the edge.
• Designer Series Paper: front is 3¾” wide x 4″ tall; inside right 2″ x 4″
• Basic White card stock for inside is 3¾” wide x 4″ tall
• Decorate flap – I’ve used 2 Deckled Circles, one on front and back to hide the end of the flap, added a plane and greeting
