This past Sunday we used the Enjoy the Moment stamp set and today I’m sharing three other samples of cards.

So what’s the difference between the two cards below? One card uses Basic White and the other uses Very Vanilla card stock.

Here are the basics:

• Card base stamped randomly with images in the same color – Terracotta Tile
• Soft Suede card stock mat
• Linen thread wrapped around three time for the bow
• Images stamped in Soft Suede ink

Layers of Night of Navy card stock for the mat, teamed up with Stitched Rectangles in Basic White with Seaside Spray and Misty Moonlight stamped images for a multi-layer card.

Just Jade, Bumblebee and Magenta Madness ink teamed up with Crumb Cake card stock for an out of the box colored card. Images where stamped on scraps, then added behind the die cut spots.

Have you ever thought of using designer series paper for your card base?

• Flowers & Field 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper

The first card starts with a base 5½” x 8½”, scored at 4¼”.

The inside piece is 4″ x 11″ scored at 2¾” from each side and in the middle at 5½”, I’ve added Basic White card stock 4″ x 5¼” for added stability.

To make the card a gift card holder cut away a triangle of the right side and only adhere three sides.

For the card below I’ve used the Paper Blooms 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper from the Sale-a-bration catalog, a $50 free item.

For this card, I’ve started with a piece of designer series paper 4¼” x 11″ piece of designer series paper for the card base, scored and 5½” then cut off 2¾” from one end and use to create the horizontal piece on the front.

Have another piece of  4¼” x 11″ piece of designer series paper? Use that for the card base, scored at 2¾” and 5½” and another piece 3″ x 9¾”, scored at 4¼” and 7″ for the inside Z-fold.

The first card uses the Enjoy the Moment Stamp set as requested by the hostess this month. Since I did not have enough Braided Linen Trim for all eight cards, I have decided four people will make cards using Shaded Spruce with the Braided Linen Trim and four using Mossy Meadow card stock and the coordinating Mossy Meadow Braided Trim. Samples of both are below.

The second card use two different sheets of the designer series paper, four will make Seaside Spray with Misty Moonlight cards  and four with Blushing Bride with Melon Mambo cards.

The final card is using a combination of the Hey Chick and Hey Birthday Chick Bundles.

Not to sure about you, but I’m ready for spring!

Today I thought I would share cards made with the Pretty Perennials Bundle, the $1,000,00 stamp set inspired by Million Sales Achiever Dena Rekow,  using  bright and cheerful colors.

Here is the first, I just love how you can use any colors with this stamp set for great results.

I just love the color Coastal Cabana, it just screams spring and summer to me.  There is a 3D embossed layer adding depth to the card along with some Matte Black Dots for flower centers and one to balance the card. The flowers are stamped then the detailed layer of the flower die is cut and layered on a few flowers.

The final card has a nice mixture of bright colors for the flowers.

Ornate Layer dies used with Basic Black card stock create the frame layers for the cards. Today I mainly used the stamp set with a few die cuts, I’m looking forward to create some cards using the dies, stay tuned for those.

So what is a product medley? Everything you need in one package to create, just add adhesive!

Here’s what is in the Boho Indigo Product Medley:

• 11-piece photopolymer stamp set
• 48 sheets of 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper, 8 each of 6 double-sided designs
• Very Vanilla 6″ x 6″ dry embossed sheets, 2 each of 3 designs

I’ve made a new to me fun fold card using only products from the medley.

Card how to:

• Card base is 5½” x 8 ½” , scored at 2″ and 3 1/8″ from each end on the 8½” side, once folded does fit a standard medium envelope
• Designer paper on the side pieces are 1¾” x 5¼” and the piece in the middle is 2″ x 5¼”
• Additional piece of card stock 3″ x 3 ¾” with designer series paper 2¾” x 3½” adhered to the center section
• Card give you the chance to use three different patterns of your designer series paper!

I have made a second card using the product medley, this card includes the gold ribbon choice and leaf die cuts, stamped and die cut image.

Happy Valentines Day!  Any special plans?  I’ll be making us a lobster tail & steak dinner with a side of glazed carrots, a side dish I remember from summer vacations at the jersey shore.

Today I am sharing a card with you made with the Kangaroo & Company Bundle which I’ve teamed it with the Scripty 3D Embossing folder and Detailed Hearts Die for the card.

When purchasing the Uninked Stampin’ Pad with Whisper White ink I suggest to get some Uninked Stampin’ Spots, this way you can have both a large and small ink pad, the small pad is great to use to highlight embossing.

I’d also like to show you another card made with the bundle to welcome a new baby.

How about a fun fold card?

The design for this card is new to me, it has a peek-a-boo middle.

Measurements for the card:

• Card stock base 5½” x 8½”, scored at 4¼”
• Designer Series Paper 4″ x 5¼” added to the front
• Using your trimmer, cut on the front 1½” in from both side from the edge to the middle score line to create three sections
• Basic Black strip is 1″ x 4¼” and is adhered to both end pieces  to hold card front together
• Middle section is not attached to anything
• Basic White die cut with stamped images is adhered to the Basic Black strip and right side (as you look at the card)

How about a side view of the card where you can see how the front it cut for the fun fold.

Here is what it looks like when you lift the front section.

To finish the card on the inside I’ve used a piece of Basic White card stock 4″ x 5¼” with stamped flower images on the left and right side with the greeting in the middle so it’s covered my the middle front card stock section.

Interested in making 19 cards from one stamp set?

Looking for free designer series paper to use to make the cards?

If the answer is yes, then today’s post is for you.

One of the bundles in the January – June 2021 Mini Catalog is “Many Messages”- a large stamp with 23 images, 19 of which are greetings and has a matching die that die cuts all the images at one time. During Sale-a-bration if you purchase the bundle you qualify for a free $50 Sale-a-bration item and the Flower & Field Designer Series Paper is what I’ve used to make the cards below.

Suggestions for the bundle:

• Use the Stamparatus for stamping, it helps you perfectly align stamp images, stamp multiples of the same project quickly and precisely, and get complete ink coverage.
• Ink or Heat Embossing for greetings
• Die cut a bunch and keep in a Mini Paper Pumpkin, Pizza or Acetate Card box to always have some ready for card making

The recipe for the cards is simple, use a Basic White card stock base and 4″ x 5¼” piece of designer series paper adhered directly to the card base, add greeting with Mini Dimensionals.

Below is another Basic White card stock base with one of the thin greetings adhered with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Add some gems for sparkle.

This sample is using ¾” x 4″ strips of the designer series paper and labels from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. The greeting for this card is the Happy Thoughts Stamp set.

Ready for the Super Bowl tonight? Who are you rooting for? No large gathering tonight, my husband and I will be watch together enjoying some snacks for our dinner during the game.

Today I have cute and simple card using the Sale-a-Bration set “Darling Donkeys”.  The basic layout for the card can be used with a variety of images, specifics for the card are below

• Golden Garden Acetate sheet cut 1½” x 4″, I’m using the silver side
• Wrap ribbon around before adhering to card front
• Stitched Shape Circle for greeting, adhered with Dimensionals
• Layering Squares for image, adhered with Dimensionals

Happy Saturday, hope you had a good week.  Hard to believe Sale-a-Bration will be over at the end of month.

Today I’m featuring three cards using designer series paper for the base from the Berry Blessing Bundle, one of the free $100 selections with purchase of over $100 (before tax/shipping). The Berry Blessing Bundle coordinates nicely with the Sweet Strawberry Bundle.

All cards have a 4″ x 12″ card base of designer series paper scored at 5½” and 11″

The first card features Poppy Parade strawberries with Granny Apple Green stems.

Here is the inside.

Next we have blueberries in Pacific Point and Balmy Blue ink or you have even stamp off for the inside of the berries.  Linen thread wrapped around three times makes the perfect bow.  This is one of my favorite papers!

The final card today features Rich Razzleberry, even the ribbon – which is colored using Stampin’ Blend Markers and the White Ribbon from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack.

How about some samples using the new Hey Birthday Chick Stamp Set from the January – June 2021 Mini Catalog and Birthday Chick Dies.  If you have the stamp set, you’ll need the dies – or save 10% and get the bundle.

For my first card I’ve used one of the Stampin’ Up! samples with a few adjustments.

• Gray Granite card stock base, rectangles and wire die cut (adhesive sheet to adhere)
• In Good Taste Designer Series Paper with some stamping for mat
• Image stamped in Memento Ink and colored with Daffodil Delight & Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend Markers – adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

For my second sample card:

• Night of Navy card stock base
• Basic White card stock mat
• Playing with Patterns Designer Series Paper for background and strip in coordinating pattern about ¾” x 4″
• Night of Navy card stock for fence and Happy Birthday
• Images stamped in Memento Ink and colored with Highland Heather, Night of Navy, Daffodil Delight & Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend Markers – adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Add some Wink of Stella for Glitter and adhere to card with Stampin’ Dimensionals

Here is the last sample for today:

• Rococo Rose card stock base
• 2″ strip of designer series paper
• Stitched Rectangle Die cut from Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper with a Rococo Rose & Highland Heather watercolor wash background
• Pastel Pearls
• Image stamped in Memento Ink and colored with Highland Heather, Daffodil Delight & Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend Markers – adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals
• Happy Birthday die is card stock with Adhesive sheet attached

Today thought I would share with you a couple samples using the Hey Chick Stamp Set with the new coordinating Chick Dies.  The corn stocks and corn ears of corn are just so cute!

Here are the specifics for the first card:

• Terra Cotta Tile card stock base
• Basic Black card stock mat
• Basic White card stock, created background using Balmy Blue and Granny Apply Green ink using our new Blending Brushes
• Images colored with Daffodil Delight and Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend Markers
• Garden Green card stock for corn stocks Daffodil Delight card stock for ears of corn – there is even embossing on the tiny little ears!
• Use the Take-Your-Pick tool to make corn stock assembly easy

Here are the specifics for my second sample:

• Purple Posy card stock base
• Gorgeous Grape card stock for wire die cuts (using Adhesive sheets to make them stick)
• Layering Oval Dies
• Created background on the oval using Balmy Blue, Daffodil Delight & Granny Apply Green ink using our new Blending Brushes
• Images colored with Highland Heather, Daffodil Delight & Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend Markers
• Pastel Pearls as accents, or even use your Stampin’ Blend Markers to color Basic Pearls the color you desire!
