Waterfront for PCC299 Color Challenge

By | 23/07/2018

When I first saw the Color Challenge for the Paper Craft Crew challenge #299 the first think I thought of was the beach – all the colors: Lemon Lime, Yellow, Pink and Blue.

Below is the banner for the challenge, you just might want to check it out here.

For my card here is what I decided on:

  • Lemon Lime = Granny Apple Green for the Card base including the stamped background as well as the grass and palm tree leaves.
  • Yellow = Pineapple Punch for the sun (with Clear Wink of Stella)
  • Pink = Powder Pink for the sky
  • Blue = Blueberry Bushel for the house and water (with Clear Wink of Stella)
  • Neutral = Crumb Cake for the mountains and tree trunks

To finish off the card I added a banner with a greeting and a 2 strand linen bow.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by, hope you are inspired to try stamping.

Great card! It makes me wish I was on a tropical beach somewhere with someone waiting on me! I have to say that when I saw the challenge the colors did not make me think of the beach until I saw your card. Thank you for playing along with the Paper Craft Crew!
