Happy Monday, how was your weekend? We had hot & humid weather so I spent time in the pool, including a little night swimming. I also made time for a manicure and pedicure in preparation for next weekend, it’s my high school reunion picnic Saturday and Sunday Stampers gathering, let’s hope it’s not as hot & humid this coming weekend.
Today’s card was made for the Paper Craft Crew Sketch Challenge, PCC298. The banner for the sketch is below, click here to check out their blog and play along.
The card features the Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper, Large Letter Framelits and Sunshine Says Stamp Set. Card base is the new color Gray Granite layered with a mat of Night of Navy and piece of Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper. The squares are the largest two from the Layering Squares Framelits. Both the “HI” and banner are using the Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper. “HI” is adhered with Foam Adhesive Strips. For my banner ends I like using the Tailored Tag Punch, just center and punch. The Whisper White accent is a snowflake from the Seasonal Layers Framelits with a haircut so that it looks more like a doily. Finishing touches are a variety of the Basic Adhesive Backed Sequins.
