Happy Sunday, hope you are enjoying the weekend. The weather here was beautiful Saturday, it was in the upper 60’s in the afternoon and sunny. I spent time on the sun porch in the morning, afternoon and evening enjoying the bright moon! Sure hope today is as nice, we’ll probably have a foot a snow by Wednesday, but who cares – the weekend was great!
Here is a picture of the cards we are making today in my Sunday Stampers group. They are featuring a bunch of new items from the Occasions catalog as well a couple Sale-A-Bration items.

Today I will feature the Birthday Hat Card with matching Kraft Bag. New items used include: Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper, Birthday Blooms Stamp set, Honeycomb Embellishments, Pool Party Glitter Ribbon and Bow Paper Clips. Here is a close on the inside and outside of the card.
The Kraft bag was run through the Big Shot with the Softly Falling Textured embossing folder and decorated with a strip of Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper, on the top is a banner of designer paper, Whisper White with sentiment and piece of Pool Party Glitter Ribbon, all stapled together and attached with a Bow Paper Clip.
For the card, the base is Blushing Bride with another piece of Birthday Bouquet Designer Series paper. Hat is 3″ wide at the bottom and 3½” at the peak, Pool Party mat is ¼” bigger at 3¼” x 3¾”. Pool Party Glimmer ribbon is attached at the bottom with Glue Dots, same for the bow. Hat is attached with dimensionals, with sentiment slid underneath. Final touch is the Honeycomb Embellishment at the top of the hat!
