Thought I would sneak in making one final card before I leave tomorrow for the last Stampin Up Convention in Salt Lake City. The convention starts Thursday and ends on Saturday, I will be joining Ann, Linda and Valory from the 24/7 Stampers. As the week goes on, I will be posting the cards I made for some of the swaps I am participating.
Today’s card is for the Stamp Ink Paper Challenge #6, Tic-Tac-Toe – all you do is choose a row across, down or diagonally and create. Since I had “Thanks” from the Expressions Natural Elements on my craft table, I decided on Embossing – Patterned Paper – Thanks. Click here to check out the blog.
For the Embossing: Die cut a butterfly out of Basic Black card stock using a Butterflies Thinlits die, then with Versamark and Clear Stampin Embossing powder, I added three layers of clear embossing powder for a nice shiny look.
For the Patterned Paper: 2015-2017 In-Color Designer Series Paper Stack, Mint Macaron
For the Thanks: Expressions Natural Element with Crystal Effects spread over the top, this way when it dries it’s shiny just like the butterfly.
Thank you for stopping by today, hope you liked the card. Click on any of the images to place an order or more detailed product information. Have a great day, Craft On!
Your entire card is a CASE waiting to happen for me. Thank you for playing along at Stamp Ink Paper this week!
Thank you, glad you liked it.
Karen, I love this beautiful card! What a great idea to put Crystal Effects on the sentiment, I’m going to do that to a bunch of mine right now! Thanks for playing along with us at SIP!
Oh how beautiful! Love your shiny clear embossed butterfly and that lace peaking out of the bottom! Thanks so much for joining us at SIP this week!
