Today I thought I would share with you a Christmas card I’ve made for someone special featuring products from the Sweet Stockings Suite Collection.
Normally when you make this card, one piece of designer series paper is cut into the sections so that the pattern flows left to right. For my card, I’ve switched it up with different patterns.
Here are the card specifics:
- My card base is 5½” x 11″, normally the base is 4¼” x 11″
- Below are the score measurements to create the “window panels”
- 3/8″ – 1 7/8″ – 3 5/8″ – 5 1/8″ – 5 1/2″
- Designer Series Paper is 6″ long by 4 1/8″ for a 4¼” base or 5 1/8″ for my card
- Cut designer paper at: 1 3/8″ – 1 5/8″ – 1 3/8″ – 1 5/8″
- Ribbon is adhered with Seal+ before tag is added
- Stockings are die cut from designer paper
Next is a side view of the card to show the depth when the front panel is “stopped” on the end.
I’ve used the Double Oval punch to create the stopper for the front panels using three Dimensional’s to adhere the piece to the card front. Using designer paper helps hide the stopper.
