Good morning. Today I start a four day weekend. I have some craft projects I need to get completed, graduation parties to attend and Sunday is my monthly stampers meeting I need to prep for as well, not to mention go out to dinner a few times and hopefully some pool time.
Today I’m sharing a card cased from the new Stampin’ Up! Annual catalog featuring one of the bundles we will be using Sunday, Rooted in Nature – a nice collection of trees, leaves and sentiments with matching framelits.
The card starts with a card base of Petal Pink stamped with leaves in the same color and a stripe of Nature’s Poem Designer Series Paper on the left side. The main focal image is a piece of Whisper White stamped with Evergreen trees in Mint Macaron and Shaded Spruce first stamped off (or second generation) then full strength ending with a set of trees stamped in Shaded Spruce, die cut with matching die and adhered with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. Banner is a sentiment from stamp set with pieces of Nature’s Twine mixed together for the perfect bow and Faceted Gems to finish the card!
