Today I thought I would share a project that combines one of the retiring stamp sets – Happy Celebrations, a photopolymer stamp set with the New In-Color Collection 2018-2020 which is available to purchase this month.
The stamp set can be used to celebrate life’s happy events with handmade cards for a personal touch. Baby to birthday to wedding – this one stamp set has you covered. This is a Two-Step Stamp Set. Combine individual stamps to create the final image you want in the colors you want!

As a demonstrator I was able to not only order the new In-Color stamp pads but card stock as well, so I decided to use Lovely Lipstick for the card base and Blueberry Bushel for the mat. All the images making up the background are the new In-Colors, some of which are 2nd generation stamped images for a lighter effect. Sentiment from the Happy Celebration stamp set was stamped using Memento Black Ink.
