Today I have a simple card for you featuring the Queen Anne’s Lace Stamp set and the Buffalo Check background stamp.
Colors for today’s card are:
- Smoky Slate – card base & ink for stamping
- Magenta Madness – mat & stamping
With the elegant Queen Anne’s Lace Stamp Set you can celebrate, support, and thank your loved ones with a handcrafted card. Queen Anne’s Lace is loved around the world and features prominently in late summer wildflower bouquets. To create depth and dimension with your flower image using Two-Step Stampin’, stamp the silhouette image in the lightest color of ink. Then stamp the detailed images in darker colors. Then stamp the detailed images in darker colors.
The banner was created using the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch. With this punch, create six unique labels. You get two designs in three widths–1″, 3/4″, and 1/2″. Just cut a strip of paper to the desired width (any length), then slide it in, punch, and get a perfect label.
Hint for using background stamps – lay them image side up on your craft surface, ink the image, lay the card stock on top you want to transfer the image to, cover with scrap paper and rub. When you take the card stock up the image is stamped!
