Happy Saturday and welcome to the weekend! Not sure about you but I had a busy week at work and look forward to some down time. I do have a busy weekend planned, need to run some errands, make some meals for next week and get ready for my Sunday Stampers Stamp Group, just love the smell of fresh cut paper! Stop back Sunday to see the cards we made.
Today’s post is for the Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch challenge 117. I am happy to say that I was picked as a “Featured Artisan” for the PCCCS#115 challenge, I feel so honored when my card is picked. Thank you! Please stop over to their blog to see their design teams cards and other cards posted by crafters – why not add one yourself!
The inspiration for my card was a piece of Confetti Celebration paper that I had yet had a chance to use. The card base is Basic Gray, with a mat of Tangelo Tango and Whisper White. While you can not see on the photo, the cards fold is on the left side. There is a piece of Confetti Celebration on the left side of the card and a narrower piece placed horizontal (same piece just using each side). Next I used the Circles Framelits to create the circles and the Kinda Eclectic stamp set for the image. There are three sequins from the 2013-2015 In-Color collection in Pistachio Pudding lined up like little soldiers on the right side. This is a piece of ribbon wrapped around before I put the mat on the card with Stampin Dimensionals, topped with a bow and Butterfly. More butterflies with jewels are the final accents.
Thank you for stopping by today, hope you enjoyed the card. Have a great weekend. Craft On!
