Happy Saturday! How’s the weather where you are? It’s going to be over 100° once you factor in the humidity today for us, perfect for pool time and getting my vacation manicure and fancy spa pedicure.
Today’s card is for the Paper Craft Crew CASE the Design Team Challenge. For my card I decide to case the card here, created by Terri Walker. I’ve just received the Garden Lane Designer Series Paper and thought this card by Terri would be perfect.
Here is how I put my card together:
- Card base is Whisper White card stock 4.25″ x 11″ scored at 5.5″ for a top folding card
- Garden Lane Designer Series Paper cut to cover the front (4.25″ x 5.5″)
- Strip of designer paper 2″ x 5.5″, matted on Garden Green 2 1/8″ x 5.5″
- Layering Scallop Oval in Garden Green
- Stitched Shape Oval, stamped with a greeting from Floral Essence in Garden Green ink
- Pop of Petal stamp set for the flowers in Poppy Parade, Daffodil Delight & Highland Heather. Leaf’s are stamped in Granny Apple Green and hand cut out with Paper Snips
- Flowers are layered and added with Stampin’ Dimensionals. There are even 3 behind the Daffodil Delight one!
- Pearls and Clear Faceted Gems add the final touch to the card.
