Paper Pumpkin Alternative for PCC262

Happy Saturday, any special plans?  I have errands to run and need to prep for my October Sunday Stampers class later this month. Hard to believe it’s October already.

Today’s card is for the Paper Craft Crew Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge, banner below.

For my card I’ve picked right down the middle: Baker’s Twine – Fall – Punch/Die Cut and used the September Paper Pumpkin Kit since the theme was Fall/Thanks for the Baker’s Twine & Die Cuts. To get started I inked the Sheet Music Background Stamp with Soft Suede ink, stamped off on scrap paper then stamped on a piece of Very Vanilla Card Stock. Next using Sponge Daubers, inked the edges all over with Soft Suede, Sahara Sand, Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze ink and crinkled the paper with my hands for texture, this piece was added with Stampin’ Dimensionals to mats of Cajun Craze and Early Espresso and finally card base of Very Vanilla.  Greeting from Painted Harvest stamp set is stamped in Cajun Craze on Very Vanilla and distressed in the same manner at the Music Sheet piece and adhered with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. I also used the same ink colors to sponge color on the leafs and spritzed  them with Clear Wink of Stella for a little added sparkle. Acorns are stamped and fussy cut with Paper Snips. Leafs are layered, adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals and finished with a Baker’s Twine bow made with four strands of twine.
