How’s your week going? Getting ready for the holidays? Hard to believe Christmas is just a few weeks away!
Today I thought I would share three cards made from three pieces of designer series paper
Measurements/Supplies:
- 3 pieces of coordinating designer series paper – 3¾” x 5″
- stack the papers together
- left side, measure 1¼” down from the top and up from the bottom and make a tick mark
- right side, measure 2″ down from the top and up from the bottom and make a tick mark
- using your paper trimmer, line the tick marks (left to right) and cut – twice
- mix the papers to get 3 cards
- I’ve matted the designer paper of 5″ x 4 1/8″ card stock
- use the stamp sets of your choice for greetings
- embellishments of your choice
For my first card, I’ve used the Artistically Inked Cling Mount Stamp Set and used Paper Snips to hand cut out the images. For the flower, I stamped a couple times, turning the stamp before stamping.
Next, I turned the card horizontal and used a greeting from Biggest Wish Photopolymer Stamp Set.
Finally, my last card features the Party Puffins Cling Mount Stamp Set along with the Deckled Rectangle Dies. To stamp Happy Birthday as I did, I taped off the word I did not want inked, inked the stamp, removed the tape and stamped the greeting. When you do this, remember to remove the tape before stamping (ask me how I know!).
