Today I thought I would share a fun card with you using a non-traditional color for a Christmas card – Berry Burst.
When I looked at this piece of paper from the Merry Little Christmas Designer Series paper I thought of the tree in the Santa’s Sleigh Thinlits and how cute that would looked layer on it. I did not want to use a shade a green and Berry Burst (my favorite new In-Color) came to mind. I used a piece for the mat and before adding the designer paper die cut the tree. Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals were used to adhere the tree and the deer with Silver Glimmer wreath was added with liquid glue. The greeting, heat embossed in silver on Basic Black card stock is from Santa’s Sleigh Stamp set (I cut the words apart). Finishing touch is a rhinestone nose to light the way on Christmas Eve!
