My favorite flowers are Hydrangea’s and today’s card features them!
When I first looked through the new 2021 January – June Mini Catalog and saw the Hydrangea Hill Suite I knew I just had to add the suite to my collection. I’ve managed to use most of the products in the suite, I added the rhinestones, then remembered about the Pastel Pearls or I would have used them – guess that’s what happens when you make the card late at night.
Here are the basics for the card:
- Fun fold with a designer series paper card base, that is 4″ x 12″, scored at 5½” and 11″
- Die cut piece of the Hydrangea Hill Mercury Glass Designer Acetate
- Three flowers in Misty Moonlight, Highland Heather and Seaside Spray ink
- Basic White flowers and little tag are from the Hydrangea Dies.
Here is the inside of the card, this flower uses Gorgeous Grape ink for the flower and Old Olive for the leaves. The sentiment is stamped on a die cut from the Hippo Dies, which I also used for the mercury glass acetate. For stability there is a mat of Gorgeous Grape card stock with the new Basic White card stock for stamping and writing my message to the recipient.
