Merry Christmas in July!
Today I’m featuring three cards made with the One Horse Open Sleigh 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. A mix of double-sided images, both scenic and patterned, make it ideal for layering, die cutting, and for setting the scene on a card front.
First up is a card featuring a 3″ x 4½” piece of the designer paper. I’ve stamped the Sketched Plaid stamp in Petal Pink ink on Petal Pink card stock to start with the card base. Embossed card stock is the next layer, then the designer series paper. Next, added a strip of card stock and a greeting stamped on a piece of the designer paper. Adhesive Backed Snowflakes, with rhinestones added finish off the card.
Second card feature one of the beautiful papers in the package. I’ve added rhinestone jewels on some of the lights for just the right amount of bling. Sentiment is from Cottage Wreaths stamp set.
The last card is a fun fold where the designer paper is cut to 5 3/8″ long, then into 2″ strips. Adhere the paper left to right to take advantage of the design.
Finally, thought I would show you how the pattern just moves across the card. Season of Chic stamp set and Chic dies used for the card. Add adhesive sheet to the Lost Lagoon card stock to make adhering the snowflakes easier.
