Today I’m featuring a retiring stamp set that is one of my favorites – Birthday Blooms. Send your best ” bloomin’ ” wishes for birthdays or any day. This set comes with a birthday sentiment, but you will use it all year long. Stamp the large flower in Memento or Archival ink and color with your favorite tools for all types of looks. This stamp set comes in both red rubber clear mount and wood block mounted.
For my card, I stamped the flower on water color paper, used my Aqua Painter to color it in and then hand cut the flower out so that I could adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The card base (Melon Mambo) was stamped with other images from the set for a tone on toner look. Sentiment is stamped on Very Vanilla and matted with Basic Black, pearls and retiring Glitter Enamel dots finish off the card.
All retiring stamps will be available until May 25, 2018, other retiring products are while supply lasts.
