Lattice Card

By | 01/04/2023

Today’s cards are a preview of one layout I’ll be using for my Sunday Stampers when we meet later this month – a Lattice Card. The layout looks hard, but is easy to make. If you’re not comfortable eye balling, then grid paper can be used.

I’ve used die cuts I had from the Hello Irresistible Designer Paper and Share a Milkshake Bundle for the cards. Pretty Peacock ink (coming May 2, 2023) used for the sentiment.

Here’s the measurements:

  • Card base 4¼” x 11″, score at 5½”
  • On one half of the card base, cut off 3¼”
  • Cut 5 strips ½” wide (horizontal strips)
  • Cut remaining piece of card stock in half (vertical strips)

I’ve found it easier to add the vertical strips first, then just “eye ball” the horizontal strips and add with a little drop of liquid glue. Start with the bottom, top, then middle strips.

Second card uses the Share a Milkshake Bundle to create ice cream bowls to add to the card front. Can’t forget the cherry on top!

Thank you for taking the time to stop by today, hope these projects have inspired you to try paper crafting. When you decide to place an order for Stampin’ Up! products, I would appreciate your business.
