Jake’s Turtle-y Cute Bday card

By | 31/05/2025

Happy Birthday to my nephew Jake!

Jake’s birthday was actually May 23rd, this year my brother and his family are visiting so I waited to give him his card during the visit.

Below is Jake’s card featuring the Turtle-y Cute Suite Collection of products.

Facts about the card:

  • Actual size is 4¼” x 6¼” to accommodate the cut out from the designer series paper.
  • Images stamped on watercolor paper and colored
  • Wink of Stella adds a little sparkle

Next is the inside of the card featuring the Turtle Textures Embossing Folder. Image was stamped and colored lightly with a water painter.

Next project is a gift card holder using Twotone Real Red card stock. This card stock is a light and dark version of the color. Did you know Stampin’ Up! now sells two-toner card stock in almost every color and even variety packs to match some suites of products. I’d suggest adding a pack to your next order and give it a try.

Finally, the inside of the gift card holder. On the left is a place to sign your name and the right is perfect for a gift card or cash. On the right side you can see the light/dark color comparison.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by today, hopefully these projects have inspired you to try paper crafting. When you place an order for Stampin’ Up! products, I would appreciate your business.
