The Hydrangea Hill 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper is one of the items retiring June 30th or while supply lasts.
I just think this paper is beautiful and so easy to work with. Today I’m sharing two versions of the same card, one is plain and simple and the other “stepped up”.
Both cards use the following:
- Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper
- Sentiment from Happy Thoughts Stamp Set (also retiring June 30th)
- Old Olive Card stock and ink
Here is the simple version, a 4″ x 5¼” piece of designer paper with the sentiment stamped right on it.
Next is the the stepped up version, here are the differences:
- Basic White card stock mat
- Unit of designer series paper & mat run through Cut & Emboss Machine using Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder.
- Wrapped in linen thread and tied with a bow before being adhered to the card base
- Sentiment stamped on die cut and adhered with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals
- Pastel Pearls for embellishment
Hope this shows you just how easy it is to “step up” a card with a few additional supplied.
