Happy New Year! Did you do anything special last night? We spent a nice quiet evening at home enjoying a nice dinner of lobster tails, cauliflower and baked potatoes. Today we will have a “New Years” Pretzel for breakfast and traditional dinner of pork, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, baked beans and dinner rolls – something we always have on January 1st.
Today’s card uses the new Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper, this pattern reminded me of fireworks once I added Rhinestones to the center of the Pineapple Punch flowers! The colors in the paper are Lovely Lipstick, Pineapple Punch and Calypso Coral, I’ve used Basic Black card stock along with the Celebrate You Thinlits for the ‘Celebrate’ and the 2019 is from the Make a Difference Photopolymer Stamp Set stamped in Memento Black Ink on a thin strip of Whisper White and banner cut on one end.
Inside greeting on the card is the from the new stamp set Amazing Life, available Thursday, January 3rd, in Memento Black Ink. I’ve added a little Clear Wink of Stella to a few of the thicker letters for a little sparkle on the inside.
