Today is my godson’s birthday and I wanted to share his birthday card with you today. Jason lives in Florida so I wanted to do a bright and cheerful card for him. Does this ever happen to you, you calculate someone’s age on their birthday and say “how could they be that old”, (they seem to stay a certain age in our minds), then think of how old you are and yes, they really are that age. Well that just happened to me, I still see Jason a cute little kid with blonde and he’s quite a bit older (40) and a fine young man. Here’s to you Jason, have a great birthday!
For his card I used a piece of the Cherry on Top Designer Series paper stack and the wonderful card stock colors that coordinate with it. For a little more masculine look I used a card base of Bermuda Bay and mat of Tip Top Taupe. The cupcake is from the Sprinkles of Life Photopolymer stamp set. This is the 2015-2016 Ronald McDonald House Charities stamp set and for each one sold $3 is donated to the charity. I just how all the colors look together, so bright & cheerful!
