Happy Sunday! I’m participating in an online craft retreat and this week we had a challenge to create a card using a minimum of two embossing folders – this sure sounds easy, but I wanted to do something special – so today I’m sharing my card with you.
Card stock colors top to bottom:
- Blackberry Bliss
- Bermuda Bay
- Pool Party
- Granny Apple Green
- Daffodil Delight
- Mango Melody
- Poppy Parade
Other products used on the card include and how to steps:
- Basic Border Dies (die cut 2″ x 5½” piece of colored card stock in half)
- Then each color was run through my Cut & Emboss machine using a different embossing folder – yes, that’s seven of them, some are current, some retired and a sneak peek of the upcoming new Hive 3D folder (can you guess which color?)
- Adhered each strip top to bottom on a piece of copy paper with a few strips of Tear & Tape laid down first
- Rectangle Stitched Die used to die cut out main image, secure ends with liquid glue if needed
- Playful Alphabet Dies and Adhesive Sheet for “Hi”
- Card base Poppy Parade
Thank you for taking the time to stop by today, hope these projects have inspired you to try paper crafting. Should you decide to place an order for Stampin’ Up! products, I would appreciate your business.
