Todays card is a vertical card using the same dimensions as the horizontal card my Sunday stampers made last month, this time using the Clubhouse Bundle and Country Club Designer Series Paper.
- Piece of Designer Series Paper cut 4″ x 12″ and scored on the 12″ side at 1″ and 6.5″
For this card, I’m going vertical, not horizontal!
To get started I stamped the golfer and ball with tee using Memento Black ink on Whisper White card stock then colored in the images using Night of Navy, Poppy Parade, Ivory and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends. Once the images where colored they where die cut with their coordinating dies. I also die cut six grass clumps in Shaded Spruce. Next I cut and scored the designer paper and decided on the placement of the golfer and golf ball on a piece of Whisper White cut to 3.25″ x 4.25″ and tucked behind the 1″ piece folded up. First I added the Whisper White to the front of the card, used Black Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals on the corners to adhere up the 1″ fold, then added the grass with liquid glue. Once all the grass was in place I added an additional mini dimensional to the center. Happy Birthday was stamped in Night of Navy.
For the inside of the card I used Poppy Parade card stock cut at 3.5″ x 5″ for the mat and Whisper White card stock cut at 3.25″ x 4.5″ for stamping the inside greeting using Night of Navy ink. I’ve also added two Silver Foil golf clubs with liquid glue.
