DSP & stamp set = Mash Up!

By | 17/01/2019

I needed to put together some birthday cards for a friend and wanted to make a few that were not to complicated and here is the result.

Using the new Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper, I just love the bright cheerful colors and the Picture Perfect Birthday Photopolymer Stamp set it was easy to create a few cards.

The card starts with a Pineapple Punch card base that is stamped with the gift bow from the stamp set in Pineapple Punch ink – I did this on both the front and inside of the card. The inside also has the greeting ‘Celebrate the Good Stuff’ stamped in Night of Navy. Next are two pieces of designer paper die cut with you guessed it – the Rectangle Stitched Framelits before being adhered directly to the card front. Sentiment is stamped in Night of Navy on Whisper White card stock and punched out using the 2″ circle punch, this was then added to a Lovely Lipstick Starburst. Before this unit was added to the card front, I used snail adhesive to add about 12″ of ribbon, then adhered the entire piece to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

This a nice easy layout that can be used to make multiple cards in a minimal amount of time.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by today, hope this project has inspired you to try paper crafting. Have a great day – Craft On!
