With Valentine’s Day less than a month away, thought I would share two cards using the new Detailed Hearts Die from the new 2020 Occasions Catalog. When I saw this die, I thought not only would it be good for Valentines Day, but weddings, anniversaries or even to say I’m thinking of you.
My first card is rather simple, Blackberry Bliss card base, Rose Glimmer Paper Die Cut, adhered to the base with Mini or Regular Stampin’ Dimensionals behind all the solid hearts. The sentiment is from the Forever Lovely Stamp set in the Annual Catalog, adhered with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
So, what do you do with all the die cut glimmer hearts ♥ you make the card below. For this card, I started with Thick Whisper White card stock for both the card base and die cut then, adhered the die cut directly to the card front. For the next step I used an extra pair of tweezers to add all the glimmer hearts into the empty spots using liquid adhesive. Love You die cuts are from the Well Written Dies – 3 layers glued together and added to the card front.
I’m thinking shaker cards with the cut out hearts just might be a good future project!
