CYCI#98 – Tag a Card

By | 10/12/2015

Getting ready for the holidays? Last night I made some cookie dough, tonight I will roll it out and up (for pinwheel’s) and Friday night I will slice and bake it. It sure makes the process at lot easier when you break it up like this? I’ll be sending a batch to my nephew Jake in exchange for a batch of his Chocolate Chip cookies!  How are you doing on your baking ? ? ?

Today’s card is for the CanYouCaseIt.com weekly challenge, this week it’s a sketch.

CYCI98-232x300

For my card I started with a Real Red card base and mat of Basic Black with a piece of Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper. Next came the tag of Very Vanilla with some Pom-Pom & Sequin Trim attached with a small staple before I adhered the tag to the card with dimensionals. Snowflake Elements (including one I used a sponge to color red) where adhered with a little Crystal Effects, and since it was open a put a little on the red snowflake for shine. Topped the snowflakes and upper left corner with rhinestones for some holiday bling!
