Happy Friday! How was your week? Our week started out with upper 60 degrees and sunny, Wednesday it snowed and now we are working our way back up into the 70’s next week.
Today I have three cards for you featuring a cutting layout I learned from my friend Ann and thought I would share it with you, it’s a great way to use your designer paper you have or even create your own.
Cards basics:
- Piece of Designer Series Paper 4″ x 5¼”
- Cut paper diagonally top to bottom, trim off ¼”
- Cut paper diagonally left to right, trim off ¼”
- Adhere to mat 4″ x 5¼”
Here is the first card I made using the Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper teamed up with a greeting from the Happy Thoughts stamp set.
Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper teams with an embossing folder gives you a linen look, perfect for a sympathy card or any of the messages from the Many Messages Bundle. Don’t forget to add some Elegant Faceted Gems for sparkle, who doesn’t like sparkle!
Why not use one of your favorite stamp sets to create your own designer paper to use. I’ve used the Pretty Perennials stamp set with some bright & cheerful colors for the card below. Banners are from Hippo & Friends dies.
