Thought I would share a couple more cards made with the Toadstool Garden 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper, one of the Sale-a-bration Level 1 selections.

First up is a fun gate fold card with a pop-out feature that lets you add a fun decoration to the front.

Measurements:

• card base 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, score at 2 1/8″ – 4 1/4″ – 6 3/8″ (basic gate fold)
• mats (4 pieces) – 2″ x 5 3/8″
• designer series paper (3 pieces) – 1 7/8″ x 5 1/4″
• Basic White card stock – 1 7/8″ x 5 1/4″
• Everyday Arches Dies
• Terrific Toadstool Bundle
• Fresh Freesia Ribbon and Purple Sequins (both Sale-a-bration items)
• Pop-out Brace card stock 1¾” x 8½” scored on both ends at 2 1/8″ and 3 1/4″, adhere the 2 1/8″ ends to the inside sections of the card base and the arches to the 2″ center of the brace
• Add decorated Arch section to the brace so that it sits on tabletop

Next, view of the back of the card, were you can see if panel for writing your note and one that is decorated.

Final card features 1″ strips of designer paper around the edges. Mushrooms are stamped using the same color ink as the card stock.

• 2 pieces 1″ x 4 1/4″
• 2 pieces 1″ x 3″
• Center – 1 7/8″ x 3 1/8″ mat and inside layer 1 3/4″ x 3″

Happy Sunday. Today my Sunday Stampers are meeting and I’m sharing the card with you we will be making.

For the first card the Wildflower Birthday 12″ x 12″ Specialty Designer Series Paper is featured. The paper is full of designs that are ready to party! You get 10 sheets of double-sided designs, some with party designs, some with all-purpose designs, and some with tags. You also get 2 sheets of ready-to-use die cuts. This paper is perfect for card making, scrapbooking, and other crafting.

We will also be making a covered note pad to include with a Pop-Out Mechanism card for a gift.

Here is the inside with the Pop-Out Mechanism decorated with a image from the designer paper.

Next is the back of the card, two pieces of stamped Basic White card provide space for your message.

To present as gift, us a self-sealing cellophane bag 6” x 9”, mine is from Amazon. Have the sealing part of the bag at the bottom in the back. Tie a bow around using about 24 inches of Gold 1 ½” Weave Trim Ribbon.

Next is a fun card using strips of the Bloom Impressions 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper, a Sale-a-bration selection.

Finally, last card features the Pick A Season Sale-a-bration stamp set along with the Everyday Happiness 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper.

Today’s card features the Marbled Elegance Specialty Designer Series Paper teamed with the Hearts of Elegance Bundle. Both items are online exclusive products and the paper is exquisite.

There are multiple layers of card stock, some embossed and a variety of die cuts to create multiple layers. Stampin’ Dimensionals created the layers and adhesive backed hearts and gold twine are the embellishments used.

Today I thought I would share a unique fun fold which includes a box (tower) on the left side of the card. I’ve adjusted measurements from centimeters to inches. The card when folded flat fits into a standard A2 envelope.

Specifics about the cards:

• Card base is 4¼” x 10½”, scored at 1¼”, 2½”, 3¾” and 5″
• Burnish the scores, fold over and secure on the base
• Small card is 3¼” x 6″, scored at 3″
• Basic White for inside of small card is 3″ x 2¾”
• Designer Series Paper:
  • 4″ x 4″ for base
  • 1″ x 4″ (3 pieces for the box)
  • 2¼” x 6″ for envelope flap
• Small card front 3″ x 2¾”

The first card features the Fruit Salad 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. Decorate the small card with images from the paper. Envelope also has designer paper added the flap to match the card base.

Next, side view of what the card looks like with the box (or tower) and the small card.

Finally, the front of the spotlighted card. Wanted to Say Dies were used to decorate the front of the small card. Bloom Impressions 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper (Sale-a-bration item) has been used for this card. Colors used include Shy Shamrock, Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie.

Today I thought I would share a few cards using Sale-a-bration products.

Last week Stampin’ Up! added additional items to the product selctions including stamp and die sets, punch, embellishments and kits.

First up is a card featuring the Alphabet a la mode dies. If you are looking for a great set of alphabet dies and numbers, this is a great set. There are a total of 52 dies, some letters have multiples. The regular price of the dies is $42 but use Sale-a-bration item number 168074, and they are FREE!

The first card features the Alphabet a la mode dies along with the new stamp set Elements of Text, perfect for creating a background or for collage stamping.

Next, the second card featuring the Pick a Season Photopolymer Stamp set. While I’m using the flowers in my trees today, there are also shamrocks, hearts and easter eggs. While there are no greetings in the stamp set, use what you have to create the card for your occasion. Both the inside and envelope have the tree top stamped on those items.

Ever make a pocket card? I was going through some pictures of cards I’ve made and stumbled across a pocket card, thought why not make one.

Basics for the pocket card:

• Piece of designer series paper – 8½” x 11″, score in half both horizontal and vertical
• Cut the left horizontal score to the vertical center score
• Top left corner, fold in about half way to the vertical center score, then in
• Bottom right corner, fold in to the vertical center score and fold up, wrap bottom left to create inside back of the pocket

Here’s the front of the pocket card with images from the Cheerful Daisies Dies.

Next, the small tag, with a sentiment and stamped daisy.

Here is the larger tag. Started with piece of card stock 3½” x 10″ scored in half at 5″.n Cut out the corner, stamp decorate and add some ribbon.

Next, side view of the tag. I’ve added a piece of designer series paper so that a gift card can be added.

Finally, the inside of the pocket card. Basic White card stock was stamped with a daisy and matted it on Lost Lagoon card stock.

Happy Monday, hope you had a good weekend.

Today I’m featuring the Sale-a-Bration Bloom Impressions 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper.

Tomorrow, February 4th, there will be new Sale-a-Bration products released, along with two new kits. One of the new kits actually makes 8 different cards, how cool is that. Looking forward to seeing these new items!

There are three cards today using the dies from the Linked Together Bundle along with the stamp set With You in Mind.

First, a card using one of the sheets of paper, along with flowers and leaves from the die set. Leaves are also designer series paper

Next, simple card with greeting from the With You in Mind stamp set.

The final card features the diamond die from the bundle along with both sides of the same piece of designer series paper. The diamonds are matted on a piece of Blackberry Bliss card stock, then added the card base.
