Happy New Year’s Eve! Hard to believe 2024 is coming to an end, where did the time go?

Today how about a different take on a pocket card with two examples. Get your designer series paper out!

Basics for the “Pocket Card”:

• Card base (mat) – 4¼” x 5½”
• Designer Series Paper – 2 pieces – 4″ x 5¼”
• Adhere one piece of the designer series paper directly to the base
• With the second piece, fold down one side to create a flap and use adhesive to secure
• Inside card – 3″ x 4¼” (or die cut around the same size)
• Add a tab to the right corner of the inside card, decorate and stamp greeting

First up is a card using the Layering Leaves Photopolymer Stamp Set for both greeting on this card. It’s the perfect stamp set to create a nice set of cards as a gift.

Next, the inside card. The next to the largest Countryside Corners Dies was used for the inside card.

Next, card featuring the Meandering Meadows 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper on a Old Olive mat.

Finally, the inside card. One of the square Perennial Postage dies was used for the tag and greeting is from Round We Go Stamp Set.

Happy Saturday! Hope you had a good holiday and are enjoying some crafting time!

Today I have some Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper cards for you. Both cards feature strips of designer series paper 4″ x 12″, so you can get three cards from one 12″ x 12″ sheet of paper.

Card below uses Unbounded Love Bundle for both the sentiment and die cut.

Score marks for the designer paper are at 2¾” and 6¾”, with the 2¾” score folded back on itself. Base of the card is 4¼” x 5½”.

Here is the inside of the card. Misty Moonlight stamped bird is a nice touch.

Next card uses the same 4″ x 12″ designer series paper scored at 1″ and 6¾”, on a Garden Green card base. Before adhering down the 1″ score, add a thin piece of real red card stock for a pop of color. Stylish Shapes along with the Spotlight on Nature dies team up for the perfect home for the birds! Add a three-color linen thread bow and some Earth Tone Gems for added bling!

Finally, inside of the card with image from the Winterly Tree Top Bundle stamped in Garden Green ink.

Looking for a quick easy gift card holder idea or fun card? This post is for you.

Based on an idea I saw on Pinterest; I’ve created to cards to share with you.

Basic measurements:

• Folder / Outside card – designer series paper 5½”tall x 6″ wide, scored in half at 3″
• Cut off a triangle from the front of the outside card (see images below)
• Inside card – designer series paper 5¼”tall x 5½” wide, scored at 2¾”
• Card stock for the flap – 1″ wide by 4¼”, score at 1″
• Add the flap to the inside right side of the outside card, then add the inside card
• Basic White card stock 2½” x 5″ for inside sentiment
• Decorate as desired
• Use small Velcro dot to secure flap on the outside
• If needed, add small piece of

Next, here is a look at the inside. There is a piece of card stock to hold a gift card if needed.

Finally, a second idea without the gift card holder. Nests of Winter Suite of products have been used for the card.

Happy Monday! Just a few holiday projects to complete, so Enduring Beauty Bundle used to create today’s card.

Layers of Beauty Bundle includes: Layers of Beauty Stamp Set, Dies and Decorative Masks.

Main three colors of the card:

• Wild Wheat (card stock and ink)
• Summer Splash (ink and ribbon)
• Granny Apple Green (ink)

When using a stamp and mask combo, at times you may want to use Basic Gray or Smoky Slate to stamp the image. Add color to the image using Blending Brushes. Using regular or small brushes is more a personal preference, I like using them both!

Sketched Plaid Stamp used on the card stock mat, or you could even use the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder.

Today features a card using the Garden Meadow Stamp Set and Dies. Both of these items are part of the Last Chance Product category in my online store.

Here’s specifics about the card:

• Thick Basic White card base 5½” X 7¼”, scored at 3″
• Designer Series Paper (Meandering Meadows 6″ x 6″)
  • 2 7/8″ x 5 1/8″
  • 1 1/8″ x 5 1/8″
• Pecan Pie card stock fence
• Garden Green die cuts from Citrus Blooms Dies
• Stamped and water colored die cut flowers

I’ve also added some paper to the back flap of the envelope and stamped an image on the front for a finishing touch.

Finally, here is a look at the inside. There is a stamped flower basket colored with watercolor pencils and a greeting from the stamp set.

Something to keep in mind, Stampin’ Blend Markers would cause bleeding of color through the paper which is why watercolor pencils have been used.

Thought I’d share a few new products with you.

Last week the Last Chance Products were announced on the Stampin’ Up! Website. Thought I would share a couple cards made with a few of the items.

To find the “Last Chance” items – under the category “Specials” – pick Last Chance Products, they are available while supplies last.

Today cards feature the three last chance products listed below:

• Regal Winter 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper

For the first card the Perennial Postage Dies were used with my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine on both the Early Espresso card stock mat and designer series paper. On the inside the same dies were used to keep with the design.

Don’t forget to stamp both the inside of the card and envelope with images from the stamp set.

Next, the second card features a colorful flowered paper along with Blackberry Bliss ink.
