First, this card features a piece of designer paper, with a torn piece of added designer paper added in the middle, then matted on Poppy Parade card stock.  To get the white torn edge, tear the designer paper towards you.

The next card features the Light the Sky Photopolymer Stamp Set, along with Petal Pink, Shaded Spruce, Crushed Curry and Poppy Parade ink.

Designer Series Paper is either 4″ or 4¼” x 12″, score at 1″ and 6½”.

Today I’m featuring the Twisted Ribbon Technique using three different Sale-a-Bration paper packs, but any designer series paper will work!

Here’s what you need:

• Card stock – 2″ x 5½” (t0 adhere designer series paper to)
  • score this card stock every inch (1″ – 2″ – 3″ – 4″ – 5″)
• Card stock mat – either 2 1/8″ or 2¼” x 5½”
• 12 strips designer paper ½” x 3″ (6 each of 2 patterns)
• At the end of the post is a photo to see how to adhere the designer paper.

The first card features the Most Adored Designer Series Paper and Distressed Gold Specialty Paper. Each card features words from the Wanted to Say Dies.

Next, this card features two of the image prints from the Sunny Days Designer Series Paper. Here I cut the strips horizontally vs. vertically like the other cards.

Final card features the Flight & Airy Designer Series Paper along with image from the Zoo Crew (annual catalog) Designer Series Paper.

Hard to believe after today only 4 more days of Sale-a-Bration.

Are you looking for some card ideas featuring the Sale-a-Bration Designer Series Paper selections? Then this week is for you. Over the next few days, I’ll be featuring some cards featuring the paper.

Card Specifics:

• Designer Series Paper – 5½” x 12″
• Left side opening – score at 3¾” and 8″
• Right side opening – score at 4″ and 8¼”
• To decorate the card front using a mat, adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals so you can slip ribbon underneath.
• Ribbon is about 30″ long. I’ve used a small bit of adhesive (Tear & Tape or Seal+) to adhere ribbon to the back of the card to help keep in place.

First, is the left-handed card.

Next, the inside of the card with a soda pop image and birthday greeting.

Next card has the bow on the right-hand side. This card is perfect for the pretzel lover, just like me!

Finally, inside of the pretzel card. Stamped off pretzel image topped with happy birthday in Night of Navy. Deckled Rectangle Dies used for Basic White & the mat.

Happy Saturday! We did a quick run to the warehouse club this morning, now I thought I’d share a quick sneak peek card. I’m using an image from an upcoming new On-Line Exclusive stamp set that will be available March 5th.

The card features the Sale-a-Bration stamp set Heartfelt Hellos Stamp Set, along with the On-Line Exclusive Stamp Set Pets & More. Each image is “reversible”, solid image on one side, detailed on the other.

With Heartfelt Hellos Stamp set you can create cards for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter, Valentine’s Day, and all the days in between! You can use the sentiments for specific holidays or whenever you want to let someone know you’re thinking of them. Pair these sentiments with your favorite image stamps to create paper crafts for any occasion.

Happy Tuesday! This past weekend one of the cards my Sunday Stampers made featured the Rock & Roll Suite. Today I thought I would share two other cards I’ve made with this suite.

Products in the suite include:

• Rock Star Bundle
• Rock & Roll 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper
• Adhesive-Backed Lightning & Stars

First is a simple card using a variety of the images and dies in the bundle, along with designer series paper. Match the card base and guitar color if desired. Image stamp is just an outside, so have fun coloring!

Next, I’ve used Stampin’ Blend Markers to color the designer paper full of guitars. Once the paper was colored, it was cut in thirds and added to the front of the card. Card front was covered completely with designer paper first. Guitar pick was die cut using Vellum card stock.

Finally, reminder – Sale-a-Bration 2024 ends Thursday, February 29th.

Happy Sunday! Today my Sunday Stampers are meeting, and these are the cards they will be making.

Sympathy cards are some of the hardest to make. There are times you want simple and sometimes you want to make the card extra special.

Today’s card is one that combines the Enduring Beauty Bundle along with the Thoughtful Expressions Bundle and Most Adored 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper. To soften between the image and designer paper, I’ve added a Vellum card stock Deckled Rectangle die cut,

I’ve used purples for the card, but it would also look good with blues, yellows and pinks.

Here is the front of the card.

Finally, for the inside, images are stamped in opposite corners then colored with a water painter.  Greeting stamped in the middle.

With the Thoughtful Moments Hybrid Embossing Folder you can cut out all kinds of caring phrases and decorative elements. Each sentiment can be used on cards, gift tags, and other paper crafts. Whether you want to wish someone well, send some love, or show your support, the sentiments in this hybrid embossing folder will help you connect with each of your recipients. Don’t forget to add a few stars, flowers, and hearts!

Included with the embossing folder, which is 6″ x 6-1/4″ and there are 10 dies. The largest die is 5-3/4″ x 5-3/4″.

The hybrid embossing folders helps create ornate die-cut pieces with rich texture in one simple pass through a die cutting machine. The dies fit inside special ridges in the embossing folder for easy, one-step cutouts with dimension. Use the dies and embossing folder together or separately for a variety of looks and styles.

You can add ink to the folder or as I did below to both the folder and with a Stampin’ Blend Marker once die cut. Flower dies are one of included dies.

Today’s card features the Doggone Friendly Stamp Set. This is the multi-mutt stamp collection for any dog lover!

Use this stamp set to decorate the background of pup-tastic cards and envelopes. Or save these furry friends for some doggone cute gift tags and wrapping paper! Stamp all the dogs in one ink for a card background, or color in details like bows or collars. You could even fussy cut around one of the dogs to show off your favorite pup! No matter if you prefer German Shepherds, Great Danes, Golden Retrievers, Frenchies, or some other loveable pooch, you can create some pawsome paper crafts with this stamp set!

I’ve used Coastal Cabana for a monochromic card base to create the background. Image was then stamped using Memento Black ink on Basic White card stock, colored and die. Add some words and embellishments to complete the card.

Card is Nitro and Diesel approved!

Welcome to Fun Fold Friday, where I share a fun fold card with you!
