I’ve stamped the sentiment on Basic White card stock, cut out with paper snips, added to Granny Apple Green card stock, cut out with paper snips and added to the card as the “stopper” with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Sale-a-bration $50 selections:

Today I have a quick and easy card feature designer series paper and a stamped sentiment.

The layout has so many possibilities, the horizontal piece is 4.25″ x 2.75″ and the vertical piece, adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals is 3.5″ x 4.5″.  When adding dimensionals, don’t forget the center so the paper does not sag. Butterflies are also die cut from the designer paper.

Today I’m featuring two cards using the Spiral Dye Cling Mount Background Stamp along with the Sale-a-bration host set item# 156619 In Your Words Stamp set, which has sentiments submitted by Stampin’ Up! Today I’m sharing the birthday card I’ve made for my godson Jason.

My card shows the versatility of Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper as I’m using the “B” side of one of the designs of the Tidings of Christmas 6″ x 6″ paper.

Card basics:

• Card base 5½” x 8½”, scored at 3¼” and 4¼”
• Adhere the portion between the score lines together
• Use the Stamparatus to stamp Happy 4 times using the hinge technique
• Basic White card stock front – 2¾” x 5″
• Wrap ribbon around the “binding” section and tie in a knot

Hinge Technique is moving the plate of the Stamparatus down or over hinge section by hinge section

For the inside of the card I’ve used the Evening Evergreen ink for the greeting and Soft Succulent for the confetti!

Happy Saturday!  Today I’m participating in a demonstrator event and we had the option to participate in a card swap with other demonstrators, so I thought why not.  Here is the card I’ve submitted.

My card features products from the Whimsy & Wonder Suite.  What I like about the suite is the colors used in the Designer Paper – Blushing Bride, Crumb Cake, Iridescent, Mint Macaron, Misty Moonlight, Mossy Meadow and Polished Pink.

Card basics:

• Thick Basic White card base 5½” x 8½”, scored at 4¼”
• On the front, cut 1¼” from each end to the fold, so you have three sections
• Designer paper for front
  • 2 pieces 1″ x 4″
  • 1 piece 2¾” x 4″
• Die cut tree connects to the top and bottom pieces together, I’ve done 2 pieces one on the front and other behind
• Blushing Bridge die cut garland adhered with liquid glue or adhesive sheet
• Piece of ribbon tided with a knot around the center section

I’ve used the Stamparatus for the inside this way it’s easy to stamp the tree with Blushing Bride and sentiment with Misty Moonlight.

• To create the pop out – cut from the 2″ – 6″ score marks down 1 1/4″ from the top and bottom

Why not take one of those notebooks from your local big box store and decorate it!  I’ve measured the front, added designer paper with liquid glue, making sure the edges are not securely.  Next I’ve stamped images on Basic White card stock, matted with more designer paper, added some pieces of the Be Dazzling Specialty Paper (SAB item) and you have a nice gift for someone or even yourself!

Today I thought I would share an clean and simple card made with the Bamboo Beauty Stamp Set.

To create the background for the card I’ve used my blending brushes on Very Vanilla card stock.

Early Espresso ink was used to stamp all the images and greeting.

Finally I’ve mounted the main image on Pear Pizzazz card stock on a Very Vanilla card stock base.

In August when my Sunday Stampers met, one of the ladies asked about a Sentiment Strip Pop-Up Card, so I’ve done my research to make my card for today. Just wait until she sees one of the cards we will be making this month when we meet on the 19th!

On the inside of my card, I’ve added Night of Navy mats 4″ x 5 ¼” on both sides and made my designer paper 5″ x 8 1/8″, scored in half, then scored 3/4″ from the center fold on both sides. I’ve used a scrap from the Wonderful Snowflakes for the die cut garland on the little tree.  The bottom section is blank so I can write on it.
