Coloring with Stampin’ Blends

By | November 14, 2017

Today I thought I would share a card with you colored with the new Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers.

When using these markers, you should stamp your image using Memento Black ink pad and make sure that the image is dry before starting to color.

Birthday Blooms is one of my favorite stamp sets and is perfect for coloring. I used Bermuda Bay on the main flower and Pink Pirouette & Calypso Coral for the smaller flowers. Leaves are in Old Olive. For all colors I used both the light and dark markers. Since I used Pink Pirouette on the flower I decided to accent with Rich Razzleberry.  The mat for the card is Merry Little Christmas Designer series paper on Basic Black card stock, then the stamped image is matted on Basic Black with a Rich Razzleberry ribbon accent.  I decided on the ‘Dear Friend’ stamp for the outside and ‘Happiest of Birthdays to you”.

How about some coloring?

Thank you for taking the time to stop by, hope you are inspired to try making cards.
