Today is the day we have been waiting for, the new 2015 Holiday Catalog goes live!
My card for today features the new Hearth & Home Thinlits Dies and the new Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper. As soon as I saw this die and paper I knew I wanted to make a card that looked like you where looking into a home’s window at their Christmas tree with presents at the base.
The Hearth & Home Thinlits are sold separately or as a bundle with the Happy Scenes Photopolymer stamp set at a 15% discount. The sentiment Deck the Halls is from that stamp set.
The card base is actually Very Vanilla, which matches the window, with a Mossy Meadow window box. The “bricks” are Cajun Craze card stock colored with a variety of inks for depth and Dazzling Details for the look of snow. The tree and packages where cut out with paper snips and adhered to a piece of Crumb Cake before the window was attached.
